The maintenance agreement covers the technical routines of your site as an ongoing service. You never need to remember updates or worry about something breaking.
Most hacked WordPress sites fall through outdated plugins. Regular care keeps your site secure, fast and in the good books of search engines.
The level is set by the type of site, not the page count. An online store needs more monitoring than a brochure site.
Brochure site
A company site with an introduction, services, contact details and a blog. No online store and no integrations.
Online store or a larger site
A site with an online store, bookings, a member area or integrations to other systems.
Agreed separately
Several language versions, many integrations or an unusually large site.
Prices are on top of hosting and require the site to be hosted with Nordweb. Unused minutes do not carry over to the next month. The agreement is open-ended and ends with one month of notice.
The monthly price covers keeping the site as it is. When we change what the site does, the work is billed at 80 €/h. You always get an estimate before we start.
If the site is not with us yet, or we do not know it, we start with an audit. After that we know which plan is enough and what needs fixing before maintenance begins.
