A broken checkout costs money every hour it stays broken. We fix store faults whatever the platform and test the purchase path before calling the job done.
Tell us what is wrong and you will see an hour range and a price range straight away. The estimate binds neither side, it gives you the order of magnitude before you get in touch.
In a store a fault costs immediately, because every abandoned purchase is lost revenue. That is why a repair starts with whatever blocks buying, not with whatever looks worst.
The same hourly rate for all of them. An urgent checkout fault jumps the queue.
The most urgent of all. We find the cause in the logs, fix it and test the entire purchase path from the product page to the payment confirmation with a real test order.
Paytrail, Klarna, card payments and shipping options sorted. We also check that orders are recorded correctly and confirmation emails reach the customer.
Wrong stock levels, missing variants or products that do not show up in search. We also fix product import and export when it has broken.
A breach is more serious in a store, because a script slipped into the checkout can capture card details. We clean the store and close the hole as an urgent job.
We know the common store platforms and their typical faults. If yours is not on the list, ask anyway, because the logic of checkout, payments and taxes is the same everywhere.
The platform pages describe in more detail what is typically fixed in each. If you do not know what your store was built with, we work it out during the assessment.
The assessment is free. Work starts only once you have approved the estimate.
You describe the symptoms and give us access. We work out what is going on and give you an estimate. This is free and commits you to nothing.
We take a backup and make the fix in a staging environment whenever that is possible, so your live site is not the test subject.
We fix the fault and test that it stays fixed. We also test the parts the fix could have affected, such as forms and the checkout.
You get a written account of what was done and why. We bill the hours actually spent, not the estimate.
A broken checkout is an urgent case for us, the same as a hacked site. We can usually start the same day. For an urgent start we add 30% to the rate and tell you in advance.
It can. We make changes in staging whenever possible and move them to production only once they work. If the fault is in the checkout, the fix goes straight to production, because every hour costs sales.
We do. We place a real test order and confirm that the payment is recorded, the order is created, the confirmation email goes out and stock updates. A page that loads is not proof that the checkout works.
They cannot. We back up both the files and the database before starting, and order data is not touched during the repair.
We can. Store maintenance is 50 € per month on top of hosting, and it includes testing the checkout and login after every update. See maintenance.
If you want to try it yourself first, each guide explains the cause and how to fix it.
Fill in the form or send us an email. We respond quickly and tell you what the site would cost. The quote does not commit you to anything.
