We also read your current DNS records when the transfer is requested, so if you switch the nameservers to us later, the records come along and your site and email do not disappear in the switch. The list may not be complete, because nameservers do not hand over the whole zone, so check the records in your account after the switch. A transfer does not move the website or the email itself. Tell us where they are and we will sort out the nameservers too.

An authorization code is a security code required for domain transfers. You can get it from your current provider's control panel or customer support. It is also known as an EPP code, Auth-Code, or transfer key.
