Yes, you can. Our service is aimed primarily at businesses, but a private person can also order a .fi domain and a few mailboxes from us. The only difference is that when a private person registers a .fi domain, Traficom requires a personal identity code, whereas a business only needs a business ID.
The price of a .fi or .ax domain is an official fee charged by Traficom, which we bill to you as is without a separate service fee. This official fee is passed on without VAT, so no VAT is added to a .fi domain. Registering other endings such as .com or .net is our service, so those prices include the normal VAT.
