Service status page
At status.nordweb.fi you can check at any time whether Nordweb's services are working. The page checks the services automatically around the clock, so you can see the situation without contacting us. The page is in Finnish, but the status of each service is easy to read from the colours and percentages.
What the page shows
- Overall status at the top of the page, for example Kaikki palvelut toimivat (all services operational).
- The status of each service and its availability as a percentage over the last 90 days, shown as daily bars.
- Response times for the last 24 hours.
- Recent incidents and the full incident history with durations.
Which services are monitored
- Websites: the nordweb.fi website.
- Internal systems: the Nordweb API and the website testing service.
- Web hosting: the control panel, hosted websites and FTP and SFTP connections.
- Domain names: name servers and the domain parking page.
- Email: incoming and outgoing mail, IMAP, webmail, Outlook automatic configuration and web hosting email.
Incident notifications
You can subscribe to incident notices through the page's Atom feed in any feed reader. You then hear about a new incident and its resolution without opening the page.
When to check the page
When your website, email or control panel is not working, check the status page first.
- If a service shows an incident, we already know about it and are fixing it. There is no need to contact us separately.
- If everything is green but the problem continues, the cause is most likely in your own device, its settings or a single service. Contact support and we will sort it out with you.
