Welcome as a Nordweb customer! This guide briefly explains, in plain language, what the different services mean and where to find each thing. You do not need to be a technical expert - we take care of the technical matters for you.
As a Nordweb customer you typically have these services available:
At Nordweb there are three places where different things are handled. Most of the time you will not need them at all, but it is good to know where they are:

| Control panel panel.nordweb.fi | Technical management of websites and email: creating email accounts, passwords and files. You will receive the login details by email. |
| Webmail mail.nordweb.fi | Reading and sending email directly in the browser, without a separate program. |
You can read email in two ways:
Usually not. After the transfer everything works just as before. The only thing that may need attention is if you use email in your own email program. In that case it may be necessary to change the email server to Nordweb's server. We are happy to help with this as well.
You will not be left alone with technical matters. We take care of the servers, backups, security and updates for you, so that you can focus on your own work. If something puzzles you or you cannot find what you are looking for, do not hesitate to get in touch - we are happy to help.
