Getting started with webmail

Nordweb's webmail is a browser-based email application that lets you read and send email from anywhere, without separate software.

There are two webmail addresses because there are two email platforms. The Webmail button in your account always takes you to the one that holds your mailbox, so use it instead of a bookmark. Signing in at the wrong address will not work even with the right password.

Logging in

1. Sign in to your account and press the Webmail button in the top bar
2. Enter your full email address as the username
3. Enter your password
4. Click Log in

Basic features

• Inbox - See all received messages
• Compose - Send new emails
• Folders - Organize messages into folders
• Contacts - Manage your address book
• Settings - Edit your signature, filters and appearance

Email signature

You can add a professional signature to all the messages you send:

1. In webmail, open Settings → Identities
2. Select an existing identity or create a new one
3. Write your signature (you can use HTML formatting)
4. Save

Filters and folders

You can create automatic filters that move certain messages into folders of your choice. This makes it easier to keep your email organized as the volume of messages grows.
